L’Hôtel Marrakech prides itself on its approach to serving delicious traditional Moroccan cooking. Food can be served on your private balcony, the dining room or on the roof terrace. Seasonal local produce is brought to the kitchen daily. Dishes prepared celebrate the subtle aromas and colourful enchantment of Marrakech. Guests can enjoy a vibrant array of salads, fresh vegetables, slow cooked tagines, grilled meat and fish as well as the perfect steak and chips. To complete the meal, there are refreshing sorbets, ice creams and fruits to choose from.

The Dining Room

Dinner is served in the hotel’s dining room. Tables are laid with fine, crisp Irish linen. Inviting armchairs and banquettes offer comfort and ease, allowing guests to enjoy the traditional cooking at leisure. On warmer evenings the dining room opens out on to the garden and on cooler nights, curtains are drawn and a fire and candles are lit.

The Roof Terrace

A breakfast of fresh croissants, pastries, preserves, fruits and eggs is served under the pergola. From here with breath-taking views of the Atlas Mountains lunch can also be enjoyed. Amongst the orange and fig trees, scent of jasmine, roses, and geraniums afternoon tea can be taken. In the evening, cocktails can be served as the sun drops behind the snowcapped mountains.
