Jasper Conran’s first hotel, in the heart of the Marrakech medina, is an oasis of elegance and stately 1930s charm. – Fiona McCarthy, Vogue Living
Jasper’s new hotel is light, airy, elegant and above all very peaceful. More house than hotel, it is filled with things that delight the eye and is deeply comfortable. Its tree-filled courtyard and four-poster beds hung with fluttering white curtains are another world from dust and bustle of the medina – I could stay here for weeks – Hatta Byng, House and Garden
I’ve been visiting Marrakesh for years and this new Riad has nailed it! I love the purity of its vision. Bright, white and airy providing the perfect respite from the wonderful chaos of Marrakesh streets outside. There’s an accomplished in-house chef cooking local dishes, warming wood fires to sit in front after a busy day in the souk and beds that are hard to get out of. A great addition to the Marrakesh scene. – Andy Harris
If I could bottle the essence of L’Hôtel Marrakech I would, so the only thing to do is go back for more of the dreams it inspires – Karin Grainger
If you stay in Jasper Conan’s Riad in Marrakech you will experience a combination of comfort, simplicity, luxury and beauty that is quite unique.
Breakfast on the roof terrace with the view of the Atlas Mountains; swim in the pool shaded by banana trees; watch the flocks of birds fly in to swoop between the jasmine, the roses, the honey suckle and the orange blossom; if the evening has turned cool sit by an open fire. Retire to your suite and lie in the Egyptian sheets that feel like silk and enjoy the best dreams you’ve ever had. – Diana Melly
We stayed at the hotel in the dusty heat of July and it was a joy to return each day to this beautiful, tranquil haven filled with enticing scents and the sound of birds in the lush garden. The entire staff could not have been more charming and the kitchen prepared the most delicious meals that we ate during our week in Marrakech. At night, the garden, transformed with candle lit lanterns, felt like a seductively secret place where anything could happen. The entire experience was sumptuous we felt thoroughly pampered. – Marysia Woroniecka
